I haven’t worked out in years. Is this too intense for me?

Absolutely not. Our workouts are designed for your heart rate.

Whether you are a "Power Walker," "Jogger," or "Runner," the "Orange Zone" is relative to your fitness level. Your coach will help you find the right intensity for where you are today.

What do I actually need to bring for my first class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel.

We provide the heart-rate monitors, the lockers, and the best workout. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you set up and introduce you to your coach!

Is the first class really free?

Yes!

For local residents and first-time guests, your first session is on us. We want you to experience the energy and the science for yourself with zero obligation.

Will they try to pressure me into joining?

Absolutely not. We don't use high-pressure tactics. After your class, your coach will simply ask how you felt and show you our membership options.
